Day 4

Thankfully, tomorrow is grocery shopping day and Bikram yoga day! :)

Today I ate:

1 grilled cheese sandwich
1 banana
1 serving of apple juice
4 sugar free sweet tart hearts
4 oz chocolate chip ice cream
1 oz bag of cheetos
1 oz bag of Doritos
4 oz cup of Dannon strawberry yogurt
Oscar Mayer Deli Creations Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread
Vitamin water 10 green tea
4 pieces of chocolate Valentine's candy

Day 3

Yesterday was day 3 and a total bust. I was p.m.sing like no other.

I eat:

handful of almonds
2 oz of chocolate chip ice cream
Hormel Chicken Marinara
water
2 Hostess 100 calorie pack Cinnamon Streusal Coffee Cakes
8 pot stickers
1 package of Ramen
2 grilled cheese sandwiches
2 squares of flan cheesecake
2 pieces of chocolate candy
no exercise

Day 2

It snowed today...woo whoo! :) Needless to say my exercise mainly consisted of making snowballs and throwing them at Michael. We had Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, skipped lunch and had taquitos for dinner. LOL!

1 medium cafe latte w/Splenda from Dunkin Donuts
1 egg white/turkey sausage flatbread sandwich
1 chicken parmesan flatbread sandwich
handful of sugar-free sweet tart hearts
2 cups white cheddar popcorn
10 taquitos with sour cream and salsa
1 cup sugar free Jello tapioca
1 cup sugar free Jello chocolate pudding
water

Day 1

Okay, I did have my share of carbs and unhealthy foods. But, I was pretty good about my sugar intake. I had 11 grams total today. Not too shabby. I didn't want to completely go cold turkey...so, I did have my share of good stuff. :) Today I worked out on the mini elliptical for 1 hour and 15 minutes, did 50 crunches, 50 pushups and 50 jumping jacks. Here is what I eat today....don't freak! lol

4 Club crackers with 2 tbsp of boudain
1/2 cup of jambalaya
1 serving sugar free Jello brand tapioca
1 small serving Dannon Light & Fit strawberry yogurt
hot sandwich melt-Turkey Monterey
1 oz bag Lay's sour cream & onion chips
sugar free sweet tart hearts
3 sugar free pieces of hard candy
1 serving sugar free strawberry Jello
11 Jose Ole mini tacos
Sobe water (0 calories) black and blueberry
water
french toast coffee w/ splenda and cream

I really need to take my butt to the store and get some fruit and veggies!

Weekend summary

This weekend was pretty busy. I wanted to start my journal on Friday but, with my mother's birthday and a girl's get-together scheduled, I figured Monday would be best. I wanted the Salt Lick BBQ, cake, flan cheesecake (yes, I said flan cheesecake) and other desserts that were made for my mom's birthday. A good friend of mine (Claudya) made a plethora of yummy food for the get together. Everything was delicious too. :) Hey! At least I exercised this weekend! But, with all the food that I did consume...I needed to exercise at least 4-5 hours to burn all those calories.
