Day 1

Okay, I did have my share of carbs and unhealthy foods. But, I was pretty good about my sugar intake. I had 11 grams total today. Not too shabby. I didn't want to completely go cold turkey...so, I did have my share of good stuff. :) Today I worked out on the mini elliptical for 1 hour and 15 minutes, did 50 crunches, 50 pushups and 50 jumping jacks. Here is what I eat today....don't freak! lol

4 Club crackers with 2 tbsp of boudain
1/2 cup of jambalaya
1 serving sugar free Jello brand tapioca
1 small serving Dannon Light & Fit strawberry yogurt
hot sandwich melt-Turkey Monterey
1 oz bag Lay's sour cream & onion chips
sugar free sweet tart hearts
3 sugar free pieces of hard candy
1 serving sugar free strawberry Jello
11 Jose Ole mini tacos
Sobe water (0 calories) black and blueberry
water
french toast coffee w/ splenda and cream

I really need to take my butt to the store and get some fruit and veggies!
